What are Essential oils, Essential oils, also called Aromatherapy.

Essential oils are highly concentrated active substances from plants, flowers, roots, herbs and other natural materials. Essential oils are usually obtained by distillation or pressing of the plant material. Many plants, flowers and herbs have a particular fragrance substance ( Aroma ) characteristic of that species. We all know the strong Aromatic scent of Rose or Lavender. These aromatic substances are called essential oils because of their volatility.
